Authentic cuisine, generous and tidy, based on fresh seasonal produce from the local industry and responsible suppliers. The Chef de Cuisine, Stephane Giboulot, child of Burgundy, combines tradition and creativity through rigorously crafted regional recipes and inventive and tasty suggestions constantly renewed. À la carte choices and menus, including a children’s menu, are offered with attractive formulas.

The wine list offers an extensive selection of Crus Bourguignons and gives you access to several combinations of tastings by the glass, served at the table or at the Bistro. Managing Director Nicolas Di Serio and his team are at your disposal to share their knowledge of the vineyard and their advice on wine selection.

The TAST’VIN BAR offers a range of cocktails, beers, wines and local spirits of beautiful provenances.
